This Privacy Policy explains what information Market Wisdom ("we", "us") collects when you use our website marketwisdom.co.in and our Android app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you sign in with Google. Most research pages require you to sign in with your Google account. Google shares with us your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We store these, together with the date of your last sign-in, so we can keep you signed in and link your saved items to you. We never see or store your Google password.
Things you save. If you use these features, we store them against your email address:
Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record standard request information (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security, troubleshooting and performance.
Visit counts. To know how many people use the site, we record, for each day, that a visitor opened the site and which of our pages they viewed. Signed-in users are counted by their email address; everyone else by a random ID stored in their browser (it contains no personal information). These counts are only used for our own usage statistics, are visible only to the site administrators, and are not shared or used for advertising.
We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers or your trading or broker account information.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (a session token), to hold the random visit-count ID described above, and to remember small preferences, such as the last tab you opened or stocks you recently checked. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings, which will sign you out.
We show ads from Google AdSense to keep Market Wisdom free.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later.
Ads are provided by third parties. They are not investment advice and are not endorsed by Market Wisdom.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
We keep your account details and saved items while you use the service. To delete your account and everything saved against it, email us from the address you sign in with (so we can verify it is you), and we will delete it within 30 days.
All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to our database is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Market Wisdom is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
